How to make
Sift the flour into a deep bowl and add the butter in lumps. Mix by hand and add the feta cheese / cottage cheese, butter, egg yolk, powdered garlic and curry.
Gradually knead the dough and shape it into a ball. Roll it out into a thin crust on a floured kitchen top and using a cup, cut out the shapes you want for the crackers or simply use a knife to cut out long strips.
Sprinkle them with plenty of sesame seeds and arrange them in a greased or laid out with baking paper tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20 minutes - until golden.
