How to make
In a container with a non-stick coating, place the cream, butter and sugar. Heat until the mixture boils and the sugar dissolves, then add the coconut and mix well.
Spread the mixture onto aluminum foil in a rectangular shape 3/4″ (2 cm) high.
Smooth out the mixture well, use a rolling pin if you like. Place in refrigerator to cool for about 2 hours.
Then cut out blocks approximately 2 3/4″ x 1 with a knife. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, dip half the blocks in chocolate and make figurines out of chocolate on top for the other half.
Cool until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
