"Unique Bounty Bars, which we can eat all day"

Ingredients

  • coconut shavings - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • coconut oil - 0.9 oz (25 g) melted
  • coconut milk - 2/3 cup (160 ml) from a tin
  • sweetener - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g) agave, maple syrup or honey
  • chocolate - about 7 oz (200 g) of melted dark chocolate

How to make

Blend all of the ingredients for a short while, except the chocolate, so that they blend well.

Pour the resulting coconut mixture into a pan covered with baking paper, press it very well and flatten it well.

Put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours to set.

Once it has hardened, cut it into blocks of the desired size and dip each one in melted chocolate.

Place the bars onto baking paper and store them in the refrigerator.

The Bounty Bars are ready.
