Ingredients

  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • liquid cream - 150 ml, confectionery
  • semolina - 6 tablespoons
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • coconut flakes - 2/3 cup (160 g)

How to make

Put the milk and butter in a container on the stove and heat to boiling. While stirring, add the semolina.

Once you get a homogeneous thick porridge, remove it from the heat and add the sugar and coconut flakes. Allow the mixture to cool well. Beat the cream into snow and gently mix it with the semolina mixture (once cooled), until you get a nice creamy texture.

Pour the cream into cups and optionally garnish with vanilla biscuits.
