  • buckwheat flour - 3 tbsp. + as much as it absorbs
  • chia - 2 tbsp.
  • flaxseed flour - 1 tbsp.
  • sesame flour - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • charlan - 1 tbsp.
  • himalayan salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp.
  • ground cumin - 1 tbsp.
  • spices - 1 tbsp. (mix of mint, savory herb, divisil, parsley, dill, oregano)

How to make

Mix flaxseed flour with 3 tbsp. of warm water.

Add the oil, soda and lemon juice to the mixture.

Mix the remaining dry products and add the flaxseed egg.
