How to make
Mix flaxseed flour with 3 tbsp. of warm water.
Add the oil, soda and lemon juice to the mixture.
Mix the remaining dry products and add the flaxseed egg.
Pour a little water and then add buckwheat flour to obtain a dough that you can roll out.
Spread the cracker mixture in a floured tray or on rice paper.
Bake the gluten-free vegan crackers for about 40 minutes in a preheated 300°F (150 degree) oven.
