"What kind of crackers do vegans like to eat? Gluten-free, of course"

Ingredients

  • rice flour - 3 tbsp. + as much as needed
  • flaxseed - 2 tbsp. (crushed)
  • flaxseed flour - 1 tbsp.
  • sesame flour - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
  • himalayan salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp. (ground)
  • spices - 1/2 tsp. (mix of mint, savory herb, lovage, parsley, dill, oregano)

How to make

Stir the flax egg - flaxseed and flax flour with 3 tbsp. of hot water.

Add the oil and lemon juice to the mixture. Mix the remaining dry products and add the flax egg.

Pour a little water and then add rice flour, until you get a dough, which is good enough for rolling out.

Spread it out in a floured baking pan (onto rice paper) and bake the crackers for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C.

The gluten-free vegan crackers are ready.
