How to make
Stir the flax egg - flaxseed and flax flour with 3 tbsp. of hot water.
Add the oil and lemon juice to the mixture. Mix the remaining dry products and add the flax egg.
Pour a little water and then add rice flour, until you get a dough, which is good enough for rolling out.
Spread it out in a floured baking pan (onto rice paper) and bake the crackers for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C.
The gluten-free vegan crackers are ready.
