How to make
Grate the zucchini and strain the juice very well.
Grind the oats (or you can use oat bran). Mix the dry ingredients. Add the egg and zucchini.
Spread a sheet of baking paper in a tray, grease it with olive oil and pour the mixture in it evenly. Grate the gouda on top.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes in a heated oven with a fan. Leave them for another 10 minutes in the oven, so that crackers become crunchier.
