  • almond flour - 2.6 oz (75 g)
  • mozzarella - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt - a pinch
  • seed mix
  • soy milk - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Grate the yellow cheese into a bowl.

Put it in the microwave and melt it at short intervals of 30 seconds, in between which you need to take it out and stir it.

Add the flour and salt in the melted yellow cheese and knead a dough out of it.

Roll it out into a rectangular crust and cut it into triangles.

Arrange them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Grease the crackers with soy milk and sprinkle them with the seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until they're fully baked.

Take them out and let them cool and serve the keto crackers with seeds.
