How to make
First, grind all the nuts in a blender and pour them into a bowl.
Separately mix the pitted dates and raisins. Grind them in a blender into a homogeneous paste.
Add the grinded nuts, coconut shavings, goji berry and chia and blend them in a blender for 4-5 minutes.
The resulting mixture is kneaded by hand and spread out in a baking pan onto foil.
Cut them into rectangles and arrange the healthy bars onto a plate.
Eat the nut and fruit energy bars immediately or store them covered with foil for a few days to have as an energizing breakfast.
