"Start the day with something healthy and nutricious, for a proper energy boost. These bars all exactly what you need!"

Ingredients

  • oats - 2 cups
  • dried plums - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • coconut shavings - 1 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • apples - 1 pc.
  • cinammon - 1/2 tsp.
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • dates - 6 pcs.
  • cocoa powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Place the oats in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

Add the dried Plums (pitted) and blend for two more minutes. Add all the other ingredients and blend again.

Pour the mix onto the counter and shape it into a large rectangle.

Cut it into smaller rectangles and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for 15 minutes. The Healthy Energy Bars are ready.
