How to make
Place the oats in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Add the dried Plums (pitted) and blend for two more minutes. Add all the other ingredients and blend again.
Pour the mix onto the counter and shape it into a large rectangle.
Cut it into smaller rectangles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for 15 minutes. The Healthy Energy Bars are ready.
