How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees). Grease and dust with flour a small narrow tray.
Mix the flour with the oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Beat the eggs, oil, orange juice and zest together and add them to the flour mix. Add the walnuts as well. Pour the mix in the tray.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean and dry.
Let it cool for 10 minutes, then you can remove it from the tray, let it cool down completely, and cut it into 12 energy bars.
