How to make
Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath and add the cocoa and sugar.
Stir and you have homemade chocolate!
From here you can start experimenting with flavors, adding nuts, different types of tahini, different types of dried fruits, spices, flavors, etc.
Keep in mind that the more liquid ingredients you add, the less crunchy the chocolate will be, and at some point it may remain quite soft, so don't overdo it with them (tahini, honey, agave, etc.)!
Once you have mixed the desired combination, pour the chocolate into a container covered with baking paper, a silicone mold, on a silicone mat, or in a chocolate mold.
Let the real chocolate harden, you can leave it in the refrigerator.
