How to make
Prepare the light homemade ice cream, starting with the milk. Boil it with the butter. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Pour the warm milk into the egg mixture, while stirring at all times.
Place it again in a water bath on a heated hob and boil it until it thickens, while stirring at all times.
When it thickens, leave it to cool.
The finished dairy ice cream is poured into a box and placed in a freezer to freeze.
After one hour, take it out and stir it, so that a fluffy mixture is obtained.
