How to make
Pour the cream into a bowl and beat it until foamy.
In another bowl, combine the condensed milk and cottage cheese and mix until the mixture is completely smooth.
Combine the two mixtures - the whipped cream and the milk with the cottage cheese. Add the honey. Put a small amount of it in the bottom of the ice cream molds.
Cut the figs into thin slices.
Arrange the figs tightly against the sides of the molds, fill with the mixture to the top and place a stick in the center of each.
Put the ice cream in the freezer for about 3-4 hours.
To separate easily when serving, submerge the molds in a bowl of warm water for seconds.
