How to make
The avocado is peeled and the stone is removed. Cut it into cubes. It is placed at one end of a small box.
The banana is peeled and cut into rings. You can also use 2 bananas if they are smaller.
It is placed at the other end of the box.
Place the box in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The fruit should freeze well.
When the frozen fruit are taken out of the freezer, peel the orange. Put all the fruits in a blender.
Baking soda and lemon juice are added, which cause a reaction and the homemade fruit ice cream can be porous.
Add the butter and vanilla. Add the honey and blend the whole mixture.
Prepare the waffle cones. The blended mixture is the finished avocado ice cream.
The cones are filled with ice cream and a ball is formed on top.
Put some honey as a topping and sprinkle with the sugar sprinkles.
The homemade ice cream with avocado and bananas is ready to eat.
