Ingredients

  • coffee - 5 packets, instant
  • water - 3 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 4 tsp
  • cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • ginger - 2" x 2" roots
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp

How to make

Combine the coffee with the sugar, pour on hot water and leave it to cool.

Beat the cream until fluffy. Grate the ginger finely.

Combine the coffee, ginger and cream, stir carefully and leave them to freeze for 3 hours in the refrigerator, while taking out the ice cream every hour and mixing it.
