How to make
The melon is cut into pieces and blended into a smooth mixture.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a suitable bowl. The cooled milk is added to them in a thin stream.
Separately, the cream is beaten into a fluffy cream. The cream and blended melon are added to the beaten egg yolks in portions.
The products are mixed carefully, then poured into a homemade ice cream machine.
The mixture can be poured directly into a bowl and placed in the freezer to chill.
The frozen fruit ice cream is garnished with balls of melon or other fruit of choice.
