How to make
Crispy snack with olives, perfect with chilled beer.
Grate the cheese finely.
Slice the olives into rounds.
Place the flour into a bowl and add the cold butter cut into cubes, salt and pepper. Knead with your hands to achieve a crumbly texture.
Add the cheese, olives and water and keep kneading for a couple of minutes. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out the chilled dough thinly, though a layer of cling film.
Cut round biscuits around 6 cm in diameter. Arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for 15 minutes.
You should get around 40 biscuits, very tasty and crispy. The ideal snack for a glass of beer.
