  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cold butter - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch

  • condensed milk - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
  • white chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dried apricots - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • raisins - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • prunes - 2.8 oz (80 g)

How to make

Bars with dried fruit and white glaze for a sweet life.

Sugar, salt and diced cold butter are added to the flour. At first, with the help of the fingers, it is rubbed until crumbs are obtained and then it is kneaded into a smooth dough.

Place the dough on the bottom of a 9.5x5.5″ (24x14 cm) baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden.

The dried apricots and prunes are cut into small pieces. If they are harder, they are first poured with warm water for a few minutes and after they are strained, they are dried with household paper.

The white chocolate is finely chopped and mixed with condensed milk. Place it on heat until the chocolate melts, stirring constantly. Dried fruits are added to it. The mixture is stirred and immediately spread over the base.

It is left to cool and then cut into small rectangles or squares with a sharp knife. The resulting bars are delicious and filling.
