Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc. + 1 egg white
  • protein - 1 dose (flour, cocoa or cottage cheese)
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • flaxseed flour - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • honey - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • chia seeds
  • dried cherries
  • dried cranberries

How to make

Mash the banana. Beat the egg with the egg white and add it to the mashed banana.

Mix well and add the rest of the products without the dried fruit.

You cut them into pieces and then add them to the muffin mixture.

Mix well again and distribute the resulting mixture into muffin tins.

Bake the protein muffins in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until they're fully baked.
