How to make
Beat the eggs into a fluffy foam with a pinch of salt.
Consecutively add the Agave syrup, olive oil, lemon juice drops and milk. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a little more than the syrup.
Finally, sift the flour into the mixture with the baking powder and mix with smooth movements, until the mixture is homogenous.
If you have increased the amount of syrup, you may need to add a little more flour, until a cake batter/mixture is obtained.
Distribute it into the muffin tins, but without filling them up to the brim. I get 8 in number. For more - double the products.
Stick a square of chocolate in each, so that it almost sinks.
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until they're fully baked.
Serve them with coffee, tea or a glass of warm milk.
Enjoy!
The agave muffins are ready.
