Ingredients

  • For the muffins
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pistachio - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • For the glaze
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • chocolate - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • lime - 1 pc.

  • cocoa

How to make

For the base: In a suitable bowl, mix the flour, sugar and crushed nuts.

Separately, mix the yogurt and soda and wait 2-3 minutes for it to activate. Add the oil and egg inside and then beat the mixture.

Gradually combine the dry and liquid mixture. Mix until it's completely smooth.

Fill 2/3 of the muffin tin forms with the mixture.

Bake at 370°F (190 °C) for 15-20 minutes.

For the glaze: Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar and the grated dark chocolate. Finely chop the lime peel and add it to the glaze.

Fill the mixture in a piping bag and decorate the baked muffins.

At the end, sprinkle them with cocoa, decorate them with lime peel and fresh mint leaves.
