How to make
The raisins are soaked for 1 hour in hot water.
The oats are grinded into flour, coconut flour is added to them and they are mixed well.
The bananas are blended in a blender and the honey and dry ingredients are added to them along with the baking powder.
Stir and add the nut milk and raisins towards the end.
Distribute the mixture in paper muffin cups, by leaving room for the topping.
For the topping, mix the erythritol and almond flour in melted coconut oil with a fork, until a crumbly mixture is obtained.
Distribute the resulting crumbly mixture evenly on top of the batter for the healthy muffins.
After distributing the mixture, bake the healthy muffins in a moderately heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
