How to cook
Cut the beef ribs with a sharp knife. Try to cut down the middle and have meat on both sides of the bone.
In a bowl, mix the mixture for marinating them.
If you prefer, you can skip adding the cayenne pepper. If the honey does not dissolve well, add a little water.
Combine the rib marinade and ribs together. Mix well. Cover with foil and put them in the fridge for a few hours.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).
After 40-45 minutes, turn the glazed beef ribs over, so that they can acquire a crust on both sides, by spreading them with the marinade.
