  • potatoes - 5 - 6
  • peas - 1.1 lb (500 g) canned
  • ground tomatoes - 4 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

The beef ribs are cut into portions.

Fry the beef ribs in a pan with hot oil. Add the finely chopped onion and the carrot /cut in circles/.

After they are stewed, add the potatoes cut into medium-sized pieces. The dish is sprinkled with flour and paprika. Immediately add a little water so that the flour does not become lumpy.

Add the tomatoes and a cup of water. The dish is seasoned with salt and left to boil for about 20 minutes. Then it is transferred to a baking pan, peas are added and it is put to bake in an oven at 200°C.

To cook the ribs well, it is good to cover the baking pan with aluminum foil, which is removed just before removing the dish from the oven.

The finished dish is sprinkled with finely chopped fresh parsley.

The beef ribs with potatoes and peas are ready.
