Ingredients

  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 7 - 8
  • peas - 1 cup, canned
  • onions - 2 heads
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 1 red + 1 green
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • tomatoes - 1 cup, blended
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • savory
  • flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • parsley - fresh

How to make

To the mince, add 1 finely chopped onion head, the cumin and savory. Shape meatballs, roll them in flour. Drop them in boiling water and once they float up it means they're ready.

Dice the onion, carrot and peppers finely. Saute them in a little oil. Once softened, add the blended tomatoes, paprika and 1 tbsp flour.

Add the peeled and diced potatoes. Pour in water, add salt to taste and leave the dish to come to a boil.

Once it does, add the peas and meatballs. Leave the dish to boil a few more min.

At the end, once ready, sprinkle with black pepper and fresh parsley.
