How to make
Cut the meat into bites, the potatoes into cubes and grate the carrots.
Heal the oil and butter in a deep pan or pot, put the meat in it. After braising it a little, add the potatoes, while stirring often, then add in the onions and carrots.
Once they're braised as well, add the peas, spices and 1 tbsp flour. Stir several times in order to mix everything well and pour boiling water over it.
The water level needs to be 1 finger width above the ingredients. Boil for 20 min. on low heat or until ready.
