Ingredients

  • onion - 1 large onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • frozen peas - 14 oz (400 g)
  • large potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • sausage - 4 pcs.
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat some oil and fry them until they soften, add the flour and stir.

Add the peas, diced potatoes and fry for a short while. Add the paprika and stir. Pour enough hot water to cover the vegetables and cook them until the potatoes are fully cooked.

At the end of cooking, add the peeled and diced tomatoes and the sausage that you have cleaned beforehand and cut them into larger slices.

Once the stew boils, add as much salt as you like and sprinkle it with savory herb and as much black pepper as you like.
