Ingredients

  • peas - 1 jar
  • sausage - 3 pieces
  • onion - 2 onions
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory herb
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable broth - 2 liters
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

How to make

Peel and chop the onion and garlic, cut the sausages in half and then cut them into large pieces.

Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add the sausage and fry it on both sides. Take it out and place it on kitchen paper to soak up the fat.

Put the onion and garlic in the same fat, stir and fry them until they soften.

Add a spoonful of paprika and flour. Stir and add the grated tomatoes with a teaspoon of sugar.

Cook for a few minutes until it thickens and add the broth. Bring it to the boil and cook for 15 minutes, then season it and add the strained peas and sausage.

Stir and cook the stew for another 10 minutes, then remove it from the heat and serve it with fresh parsley.

The peas and fried sausage stew is ready.
