How to make
Finely chop the carrots and onions. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the vegetables briefly.
Add peas, coarsely chopped potatoes and cook briefly. Pour the tomato puree, sprinkle with paprika and add the chopped garlic.
Pour enough hot water into the pot to cover the products. Boil the stew over medium heat, until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Season with the spices and salt. After a short while of cooking, remove it from the heat.
Leave it to stew under a lid for 10 minutes and distribute it into portions.
The peas and potato stew is very tasty.
