How to make
Mix the minced meat with the rice, a pinch of salt, some savory herb and a pinch of black pepper. Shape small meatballs and roll them in flour. Put a pot of water on the stove and as soon as it boils, carefully drop the meatballs in.
Boil, until they're cooked. In another pot, fry a chopped onion in a little fat and add the chopped potatoes and carrot. Fry, until the potato changes its color slightly.
Add 1 tbsp. of flour, mix and add paprika, by stirring constantly. Add the strained green beans.
Scoop a ladle from the broth in which the meatballs were boiled and pour it into the pot with the potatoes, by stirring constantly, until it covers the products. As soon as the dish boils again, add the tomato puree and the cooked meatballs.
Season with as much salt as you like and season with savory herb and one bay leaf.
Boil the stew on low heat, until the vegetables are ready.
The meatball and potato stew is very tasty.
