How to make
Cut the pork belly into medium-sized cubes. Transfer them into a pot and stew them in hot fat.
Once the pork cooks a little, add the coarsely chopped potatoes.
Season with paprika and black pepper, salt, mint and add the corn flour.
Pour water and as soon as the stew boils, reduce the heat. Cook it for about 50 minutes.
The pork belly and potato stew is ready.
