How to make

The pork is cut into pieces and fried briefly in a pot to seal.

Take it out of the pot and put the finely chopped onion and carrot in its place. After they soften, add the finely chopped garlic and the chopped roasted red pepper.

After a short stirring, add the finely chopped or ground tomatoes. Add a tablespoon of paprika, followed by the fried meat.

Let the stew cook for 5-6 minutes, add the chopped potatoes, pour water and add salt to taste.

The stew is left to simmer at a low temperature, adding the canned peas shortly before it is ready. To thicken, pour flour dissolved in a little water.

It is left on the stove a little longer so that the taste of raw flour does not remain.

When the stew is ready, let it cool a little and sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley or dill.
