How to make
Peel the carrots and cut them into circles and the dice the potatoes. In a suitable pan, heat the oil on the stove and stew the onions, potatoes and carrots.
Stir periodically for about 5 minutes. Add salt and paprika. Add the tomatoes, garlic and black pepper.
Leave them stew for another 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Then add the peas. Pour hot water over all of the products and simmer for about 30 minutes.
If there is a lot of left over liquid, thicken the stew by adding flour, diluted with a little cold water.
