How to make

Grill the peppers, peel them and cut them into strips. Peel the leeks and carrots, cut leeks into small pieces and the carrots into thin circles.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the leeks and carrots until they soften. After 4-5 minutes add the chopped peppers and stir to mix the vegetables.

Pour the flour, stir, add the paprika and stir to avoid burning the food, pour enough water to cover the products and cook on low heat until the stew is ready.

Season with salt, black pepper and serve with finely chopped parsley.
