How to make
Cut the chicken into portions.
In a pot, heat 1/2 cup of fat and fry the meat, until it changes its color.
Remove the portions and fry the chopped leeks and onions in the same fat.
Add the chicken again, add 1 tbsp. of paprika, the mushrooms and 1 cup of warm water.
Add two cloves of garlic, which have been cut down the middle.
Stew, until the meat becomes tender. Add the tomato puree to the stew.
Finish cooking the chicken stew for about 5 more minutes.
Season the chicken stew with leeks and mushrooms with a generous pinch of chopped parsley and black pepper.
