How to make
The meat for the kavarma is cut into pieces and fried in heated oil.
The onion is cut into crescents, the leek into rings, the mushrooms into slices and the pepper into cubes.
When the meat starts to turn white, add the chopped vegetables. Stir a few times and when they start to soften, pour a little white wine.
Add salt to taste, bay leaf, paprika and black pepper. After the alcohol has evaporated, add the grinded tomatoes.
The chicken kavarma with leeks and mushrooms is cooked until it remains in fat and then it is ready to be served.
