I present to you the recipe for chicken kavarma with leeks.
Cook chicken fillet first. Save the broth. Tear the meat into strings. In a deep frying pan, heat the fat to a moderate temperature and add the chopped leeks. Fry it for a few minutes, stirring it periodically. Add the finely chopped tomatoes to it. Stew for another two to three minutes.
Pour the chicken broth over the leeks and tomatoes. Add the shredded chicken. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and spearmint /savory herb/. Cover with a lid and let the dish simmer for about 25 minutes, until it remains in the sauce.
