How to make
Cut the pork into pieces suitable for cooking. Clean and peel the leeks and onions. Cut them into large pieces.
Stew the vegetables in the oil in a suitable cooking pot.
Add the tomatoes, cut into pieces. Stew and cook until the vegetables soften.
Add the paprika, chopped mushrooms and pork. Stir. Once the meat changes its color, add the tomato puree and pour warm water until the meat is covered.
Cook over low heat until the dish remains in fat. Season with salt, meat seasoning and black pepper.
Knead the flour until you get a porridge like mixture.
Add the porridge to the dish in a thin stream, while stirring constantly. Cook for another minute and remove the stew from the heat.
Serve it warm.
