  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the meat into chunks or into larger pieces. The onions and mushrooms need to also be cut. The mushrooms - into strips and the onions - into large chunks.

Pour oil into a saucepan and fry the meat until it's golden brown. Add the onions, mushrooms, wine and tomatoes. Stir and sprinkle with the spices.
