How to make
Wash the pork hearts. Cut them into pieces and wash them well again. Put them in a pot, cover them with clean warm water and boil them until done.
Peel the onion and cut it into large pieces. Also peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Strain the boiled hearts from the water. In a pan or pot, mix the onions, hearts and mushrooms.
Pour oil (3-4 tbsp.), add butter and sprinkle curry and black pepper to taste.
Pour water (1/4 cup) and when it evaporates, pour some universal spice. Sprinkle smoked paprika (1/4 tsp). Taste it see if they are good on salt and if necessary, add salt and serve the appetizer.
The pork hearts with mushrooms and onions are ready.
