How to make
The meat is cut into chunks, the onions - into crescents, the carrots - into cricles and the mushrooms need to be strained from the liquid.
Heat a bit of oil in a pan, fry the meat, sprinkle it with salt and pepper, until golden brown.
Add chopped vegetables, stir and fry for a short while so they can slightly soften. Sprinkle with red hot and sweet paprika, salt and other spices.
Pour white wine and water in which the broth is dissolved, to the level of the products, and leave on low heat to boil until the meat is ready.
Shortly before it's cooked, add chopped fresh basil and oregano leaves.
Serve the pork and onions while it's warm.
