How to make
We cut the meat into bites. Heat the fat, put the bites in it and fry them well.
Close with the lid and leave them to stew, until the sauce evaporates and stir occasionally.
Add the spices and stir, followed by the soy sauce and wine. Close the lid again and stew (by stirring occasionally), until they evaporate.
Add the sliced onions, garlic and peppers, stir well to mix and again, close the lid, so that they can stew and soften.
Leave the fried pork on low heat for about 5-6 minutes.
The pan-fried pork bites with onions and peppers are ready.
