How to make
The meat is cut into equally large pieces. The spices are ground and mixed in a bowl with olive oil. The meat is rubbed with the resulting marinade and is left to marinate for at least two hours or overnight.
The onions and peppers are cut into medium-sized pieces. Once the meat has marinated, place it on the skewers, while zigzagging the bacon around it and alternating it with the peppers and onions.
Bake the skewers on a preheated barbecue or grill and by turning them constantly and occasionally smear them with the rest of the marinade.
Serve the hot skewers with well-chilled beer.
