"As long as there`s someone to make it, I`d love to have this omelette with bacon every morning for breakfast."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 10
  • onions - 2 - 3 heads
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g) + 3 long slices for garnish
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste
  • potatoes - sauteed, for garnish

How to make

Cut the bacon into cubes and put them in to fry. Add the onions, chopped into thin strips and saute until soft.

Salt it and pour on the whisked eggs. Fry, without stirring. Finally, sprinkle the omelette with ground black pepper and gently turn it over if desired.

Serve garnished with fried bacon and sauteed potatoes.
