"Spring omelette with spring onions and fresh vegetables - eat, cook, upload photos and comment"
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- spring onion - 1 - 2 stalks
- ham - 2 oz (60 g)
- yellow cheese - 1 oz (30 g)
- black pepper
- salt
- for garnish
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- cucumbers - 1/2 pc.
- spring onion - 1 stalk
- olives - 5 - 6
- parsley
measuresHow to make
Fry the spring onions in the hot oil and add the beaten eggs. Then add the diced ham and yellow cheese.
Once it's fried and it aquires a golden color, fold it in half. Arrange a garnish of chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and spring onions on a plate.
Garnish your omelette with parsley and olives.
