I really liked this zucchini and spring onion omelette idea from ​​my friend, for which I want to thank her!

I fried the green onion stalks, the sliced zucchini and 4 roasted red peppers in a pan with oil and butter! I fried them until they softened.

I seasoned them with black pepper, salt and dill.
