Grate the zucchini on the wider side of a grater, salt them and leave them for 20 minutes and discard the water that has separated in the process.
Add the eggs, finely chopped onion and dill, salt, milk and as much flour as it absorbs.
With a spoon scoop some of the mixture out little by little and form patties and then fry them in very hot oil. Serve the vegetable patties with a sauce of your choice.
