How to make
Wash and clean the spring onion stalks. Cut them into chunky pieces. Boil the eggs.
Cut the white cheese into cubes and mix it with the chopped spring onions and chopped boiled eggs. Separately, beat a tablespoon of mayonnaise with a tablespoon of yogurt.
Season with black pepper and fresh mint leaves and add the sauce to the salad and mix it well.
Garnish the salad with an olive and mint leaves.
